5. Fees and Payments

• All fees are outlined in the agreement signed by both parties before services begin.
• Payment is due as specified in the invoice or agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services.

6. Confidentiality

SFTRCK and the Client agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the engagement, except as required by law or with prior written consent from the other party.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SFTRCK provides services "as is" and makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SFTRCK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Minnesota courts.

11. Changes to Terms
